Amelia is often mistaken as a standoffish and unapproachable person

due to her seemingly indifferent expression and limited speech.

But the truth is simply that Amelia is someone who lives within the depths of her mind. 
She's a thinker and finds it much easier to think out a conversation than actually having one. 
However where her words fail she uses her punches to do all the talking. 
Despite her crippled social skills Amelia actually enjoys the company of people. 
She is very family oriented and tends to get lonely easily so even though she wouldn't say anything 
she sticks close to people especially the ones she respects or likes.  
When she does speak she speaks with meaning. She doesn't like beating around the bush and everything
she says she means. 
Amelia is someone who sticks to her principles and never changes them for anyone. 
She believes in righteous justice and will fight for anything she believes in wholeheartedly.  
She believes that through hard work anything can be accomplished thus she tends to be stubborn 
when it comes to things she wishes to achieve and never knows when to give up.
Amelia also has her moments where she ends up knocking over stuff or tripping in an 
undignified and clumsy manner due to inattentiveness.  
 However she usually just blames her sucky luck for that.

The day Amelia was born the doctors told her mother that there was a small chance that she would live due to complications with her lungs. 
She lived.

Her mother had always said she was a lucky child.

When Amelia was 5 she joined a kick boxing class as suggested by her father who was a avid boxing fan. 
Amelia enjoyed kick boxing. She liked the way her arm felt flying through the air and the feather light feeling that came with each kick. 
She was also apparently very good at it if the constant compliments from her instructors were anything to go by. 
On her 7th birthday Amelia won first place in her first kick boxing tournament. 

Her dad said she was lucky she landed that last punch.    

When Amelia was 13 she won a scholarship to one of the most prestigious high schools in her area. 
She retained a position in the Top 5 throughout her school career. 
In her final year of high school she was offered a scholarship to a famous law school. 
She was ecstatic. 
Later that same year she got into a car accident and sustained injuries that had bed ridden her for a month. 
She missed the registration.

Amelia has never felt as lucky as people said she was.

When Amelia was 17 she entered a Police academy on a recommendation from her teacher. 
Amelia has always had a strong sense of justice so she was satisfied with this outcome. 
Amelia spent 3 years as a trainee enduring harsh combat training. 
She enjoyed every minute of it, it reminded her of her childhood. She was at the top of class. 
However, where her punches shined her social skills dulled in comparison. 
She didn't have many friends. 

Amelia was never a very lucky person. 

When Amelia was 20 she completed her last year as a trainee in the Police Academy. 
Her mother cried of happiness on the phone as she congratulated her 
while her father on the other hand had simply said 
"I'm so proud of you." 
before busying himself trying to calm down her mother. 
She couldn't even laugh at his failed attempts since she herself felt a few tears coming on. 
Amelia honestly believed she'd never felt happier than in that moment. 

The night of her last day at the academy had been reserved for the graduation party.
Amelia decided to let go and just enjoy herself that night. 
She danced. She chated. She shared drinks. She laughed. 
...
She also began to feel a little sick sometime after her 3rd drink. 

It was bearable at first, even her comrades 
were complaining on how warm the place was 
but- Oh wow...
It was freaking hot. 
Amelia decided to go home early. 
She didn't think anyone would mind much since it 
seemed quite a number of people had also done the same.
Maybe it was food poisoning?

By the time Amelia arrived home her blood was practically boiling. 
Everything was getting fuzzy. 
Had the bathroom always been this far away? 
....
Amelia opened her eyes to find herself on the bathroom ground. 
How long was she asleep? 
When she finally collected enough strength she positioned herself 
in front the sink wiping away the sweat from her face with her hand. 

But wait, what the hell was that?
Looking down at the sticky substance that undoubtedly emerged from 
her nose she was perplexed and terrified at the same time. 
Blood?
But it wasn't white. It was....was... She didn't even know what it was. 
Fearing and hoping that what she thought this meant was all just her imagination
she slowly looked up into the mirror above the sink.
Her heart skipped a beat the moment her eyes found themselves staring at 
yellow ones. 

Amelia is not a lucky person.    
 
The first two months after cutting ties with her family and friends was definitely the hardest. 
But she managed. 
Amelia had believed her luck had finally hit rock bottom when one day her hood blew off in front of a strange man 
loitering around the area where she buys her food, now on a monthly basis. 
She thought that was the end of her but...the man too had tainted hair the same colour as hers. 
That was how Amelia learnt of the existence of the Kaleidoscope.

When Amelia was 20 she learnt the truth about the grey order.
When Amelia was 20 she dedicated her life to the cause of fighting the evil that plagued the city of Silverlight.
When Amelia was 20 when she stumbled onto the Yellow Jackets and being enamoured by their 
life values requested the opportunity to join them.

Since Amelia was born she has never believed in luck;
 but she does believe in destiny.

Trivia:

♠ Birthday: August 4th

♠ The parts of her body tainted: Her eyes, her hair (Only random strands, not all of it) and her hands. 

♠ Her biggest regret is not being able to fulfill her dream of becoming a lawyer.

♠ She enjoys writing poetry especially on her life as a Color-x-Syndrome disease victim. (Though she doesn't particularly like advertising this hobby.)

♠ She tends to get home sick from time to time.

♠ She wears a single earring that was a gift from her mother. She lost the other earring a long time ago but she never had the heart to throw it away...especially after the incident.

♠ She enjoys good old fashion sparing better than weapon based battles. 

♠ Amelia enjoys babying the people she likes. 

♠ When she is alone she tends to sing which she is moderately good at. It comforts her. 

♠ Her guilty pleasure is bad jokes. The cheesier the better. 

♠ Her glooves have illuminated stickers on the back of them which tends to leave a light trail when in motion especially during fights. It was her own modern touch to her father's gift.

♠ She loathes the concept of luck. Just don't bring it up.

 Kin Raider - Leader: Amelia worries about him. She can never put her finger on exactly what the man is thinking. She compares him to the sun and lighting due to his striking personality. However, despite his eccentric personality she still respects him, especially when it comes to strength and battling.  She also feels he has become a bit more relatable now that he is engaged. 

  Elizabeth von Schulz - Acquaintance/Comrade: She never had a proper conversation with her but she finds her endearing. She received a poem, albeit not the most heart wrenching piece, and treasures it since she had never received a poem before. She admires the girl's go getter attitudes and hopes to one day she could be as zealous as her. 

  Vance - Acquaintance/Comrade: They were in alliance during the RHM event and she is grateful to him for calming her down during her moment of blinded rage towards a certain rock throwing fellow. She hopes she can learn more about him.

 Penny - Acquaintance/Comrade:  They were in alliance during the RHM event but she didn't get to learn much about her. She hopes she could in the future.

 Azura - Leader: She hasn't really talked to her but received both a gift and a compliment from her so she feels like she might be a good person. Very bold....

 Skyler: He gave her a gift during the Enchanting event and asked if they could talk sometime. She hopes to take him up on that offer sometime.

 Gabe: She received a gift from him from him during The Enchanting, which she found quite surprising given she doesn't think they have talked before. Maybe she can learn more about him in the future.   


  Toxic Citrus  


 Mako Jun - Acquaintance: She has a few encounters with him and thinks he's an interesting guy. He is also very nice and she has heard a lot of good things about him. She hopes to gets to know him better and possibly become friends.

 Kindel - Friend: She was one of the first persons she got to really know and since then they have had various encounters with each other. They share a similar love for literature which drew Amelia to her in the first place. She never experiences a dull moment around Kindel and considers her to be friend. She admires the girl's ability to draw people to her and hopes to learn from her example. However, she often tends to get herself into troublesome situations so Amelia feels a need to look out/ protect her. 

 Leon - Acquaintance: She only knows two things for certain about him. He is Elizabeth's friend and Kin hates him. So, she is not completely sure how to feel about him. She received a gift from him during the Enchanting so she doesn't think he is a bad guy. However, she has heard many bad things about him so she is not sure.
